Returns - Vapor Shop Direct

1 - Introduction

Customer Service is top priority - we want to get things right.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our policy. All disposable devices and e-liquids are also not covered. If you have received items that you do not know how to use, please feel free to contact us for proper care instructions and more in-depth information - we'd be happy to help! 

2 - Completing a Return

To complete your return, please complete the returns form here and send your package and the returns form.

The return should be sent to: Vapor Shop Direct, 91 Redfern Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, B11 2BHUnited Kingdom.

The customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacements to the customer. We recommend using delivery confirmation and/or tracking services when shipping packages to us.

Shipping cost are non-refundable. All replacement and/or repaired products will be shipped back to the customer via First Class post. 

3 - Return Exemptions

Our return policy excludes the following items: Atomizer Heads, Atomizer Replacements, E-Liquids, Drip Tips, and Mod Batteries.

Disposable Vapes Returns Policy

Disposable E-cigarettes are sold in sealed packs and are not covered by a warranty. The only exception to this rule is in the case of a manufacturing fault.

If you believe your Disposable Vape is faulty, please use the contact details on the product packaging to contact the manufacturer. We are unable to help with faulty disposables, but the manufacturer should be able to help. We apologise for any inconvenience.

4 - Issuing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If found defective, we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased at no cost as long as the merchandise is available.

If merchandise is not available then please allow 10 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

5 - Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, and unfortunately, ale items cannot be refunded.
