Delivery Information (UK)

We have a range of different delivery options available: 

  • Next Day Delivery (Orders placed before  2pm)
  • Express Delivery (1-3 working days after dispatch) 
  • Standard Delivery (2-5 working days after dispatch)
  • Special Saturday Delivery 

Please note that it usually takes between 12 and 24 hours to dispatch orders from our warehouse, which should be added to the delivery timescale. If there is a delay in dispatching your item, you will be contacted within 24 hours and updated on the status of your order. 

Next Day Delivery is only available on orders placed by 2pm. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding bank and public holidays). Therefore, any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until Monday.

All orders are s hipped via Standard Delivery and Express Delivery will be delivered by MyHermes, UPS, or Royal Mail. The tracking number for your order will be available in the 'My Account' section on this website. 

You must be available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, if you are not available to receive your order, a card should be left for you.

While we deliver anywhere in the world, orders placed from certain locations will be subject to potential customs charges. If the items are held by local customs, it is the responsibility of the customer to resolve this. 

If a parcel is seized/held by your local customs this will be customer’s responsibility to solve the issue. In the event a parcel is held by customs, a refund (minus shipping) can only be issued when/if the parcel is sent back to us. Once the parcel is back in our possession, we will contact you to discuss a refund.
