Delivery / Shipping Information - Vapor Shop Direct
We start processing your order as soon as it comes in, and we only deliver within the UK.
You must be 18 or over to buy from Vapor Shop Direct. Every order goes through age verification at checkout. Your details are kept confidential.
Dispatch times
- Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day (not on bank holidays).
- Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day, usually Monday.
- Some items are sent from our supplier and usually ship in 2–3 days. When this applies, the product page says “Usually ships in 2–3 days”.

The paid services are available on any order if you want your parcel faster. Delivery times run from dispatch. We don’t offer Saturday delivery.

Standard Shipping costs £9.50. Free delivery doesn’t apply.

- Mystery boxes: Royal Mail 2nd Class £3.75 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.79.
- Clearance items marked Short Date or Out of Date: £5.50 on orders up to £25, £8.50 over £25.

Collect for free from our Tyseley store: 91 Redfern Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, B11 2BH. Choose “Pick up” at checkout. Orders are usually ready in 2 hours.
Free local delivery (Birmingham)
If you live within 5 miles of our Tyseley store (B11 2BH), we deliver for free on orders over £25. Order by 4:30pm, Monday to Saturday, and we'll deliver the same evening. Choose “Local Delivery” at checkout. More about local delivery.
Tracking
We’ll email you when your order has been dispatched, with tracking details. You can also see your orders in My Account.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. If nobody is in, the courier will usually leave a card.
Outside the UK
We can’t currently deliver outside the UK.
