Questions & Answers - Short Fill E-liquids
What are Shortfill E-liquids?
Short Fills are large bottles of e-liquid and contain zero nicotine. The bottle is 80% filled with flavoured e-liquid that gives you enough space to add nicotine. As per Tobacco Products Directive, manufacturers can’t sell nicotine-containing e-liquids in bottles over 10ml. Short fills are highly used e-liquids to give vapers the best value for money. Short fills are available in a range of sizes from 25ml to 200ml bottles. These e-liquids are mixed in a 70VG / 30PG ratio and are suitable for sub-ohm vapers.
How to mix a Short Fill E-liquid?
You can start the procedure by removing the cap and squeezing the required amount of nic shot into the bottle of Short Fill liquid. Now, it is time to replace the nozzle and lid, shake the mixture property to mix nicotine and get the best e-liquid flavours. Just give a gentle shake to the bottle and you are all set to start vaping.
How can you increase the nicotine strength of a Short Fill?
When you add an 18mg bottle of freebase nicotine to a 50ml bottle of e-liquid, it will create 3mg/0.3%. If you require 6mg, you need to double the amount of nicotine. There are a few short fill bottles with space for two nic shots. Otherwise, you need to add some liquid to allow for the extra amount of nicotine and then mix them properly. If you are in need of a light nicotine level, you need to add half an amount of nic shot to the liquid.
