How long does delivery take?
We offer a range of different delivery options and each offers different delivery speeds.
- Next Day Delivery (Orders placed before 2pm)
- Express Delivery (1-3 working days after dispatch)
- Standard Delivery (2-5 working days after dispatch)
- Special Saturday Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
The different delivery options that we offer have different prices.
- FREE delivery for orders over £20.00
- FREE Click & Collect (Tyseley, Birmingham)
- £2.75 for Standard Delivery
- £3.25 for Express Delivery
- £4.99 for Next Day Delivery
- £12.99 for Special Saturday Delivery

How long does it take you to dispatch my order?
In the vast majority of cases, orders are dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving your order (not including weekends and bank holidays).
If for whatever reason there will be a delay in us dispatching your order, we'll reach out to keep you updated.
How can I pay for my order?
Payments on our website are processed by Worldpay, but you can pay for your order in many different ways.
